Their food is coastal and village-inspired, and they pride themselves on using the freshest, most seasonal produce. The menu is all about village-fresh food, utilising ingredients that are in abundance throughout the long stretches of Kerala and the Northern Coast of Sri Lanka & into the coastal towns of South-East Asia. INDU are bringing a part of Sri Lanka to Sydney that is yet to be found anywhere else in the city.
