I was claiming money for changes in flights due to the Israeli war. Apparently there was a war clause in the PDS but they were willing to have a look at my claim. I did get the money back that I claimed for however it took like 5 months. I was surprised they ended up paying us. I think the company needs to improve on its customer service and get through claims a lot more quickly.

Over 10 days to get back to you, refusal no matter what, they refused me and quoted a PDS clause which then had nothing to do with my claim. This isn't even insurance if something does actually go seriously wrong you'd be lucky if you got your claim looked at in 10 days, which then will be a 2 line comment and you'll wait more than 10 days for the next one. I bought it because it was cheap but you're probably better off just hoping for the best, these guys ain't gonna help.

READ THE REVIEWS!! These guys will slug you a huge prorata even if you cancel months before your trip. So even if your policy hasnt started because you haven't commenced your trip, they will charge  unreasonable and unjustified fees to cancel. Remember the 21-day cooling off period, or i recommend you think twice before you consider purchasing from the world to cover insurance. I will not use them again.

Do not bother purchasing a policy with them. Their staff are incompetent and continuously rejected all my claims based on different excuses each time I would provide more information. Save your money and save yourself a hassle and a headache.

The worst travel insurance.
Do not get this insurance they have an excuse to not cover you!
Plus they took so long to get back to me all to tell me that they weren’t covering my claim.
